General ManagerPat commenced employment with LCC as Accounts Administrator in May 2004 and was promoted to General Manager in February 2005.
Along with his role as general manager of this charity, Pat has other roles such as Chairman of Fermanagh Youth Board, referee and was involved in the local section of his local GAA Club.

Deputy ManagerEdel commenced employment with LCC in 2000.
Edel commenced her employment in LCC as a care co-ordinator and was made office manager in 2004 and was promoted to deputy manager in 2005. Throughout her time in LCC she completed:

Quality Assurance & Training ManagerMary Bannon commenced employment with LCC in 2001. In 2006 Mary was appointed Quality Assessor, and in 2010 became Quality Assurance & Training Manager. Mary provides training to carers in;
Mary lectured in Health + Social Care in South West College for 7 years before becoming NVQ co-ordinator for level 2 + 3 with LCC.
Majella commenced employment with LCC in 2004.
