Day Centres

Lakeland Community Care currently operate five Day Centres across Fermanagh. The emphasis is on helping people maintain a level of independence or to promote a level of independence that will help them stay in their own homes. We cater for over 60 clients on a weekly basis who are brought to our centres with the help of Rural Lift. Our Day Centres give clients the opportunity to socialize with other people in their community and enjoy a range of activities.

Our day care and activity schemes provide a wide range of support services as well as interesting and engaging social activities.  All our staff are friendly, welcoming and particularly skilled in working with individuals who have dementia, mental health issues and physical disabilities if required.
