Pat McGurn MBE - Manager / CEO
Pat commenced employment with LCC as an Accounts Administrator in May 2004 and was promoted to General Manager in February in 2005. Along with his role as General Manager of the charity, Pat has other roles such as Hearing Committee Chairman for Fermanagh GAA, and was Secretary and Chairman of his local Derrygonnelly Harps GAA Club.
Pat has finished his HNC and got a distinction in HND in Health and Social Care from the South West College, Enniskillen.
In 2023, Pat was awarded an MBE in recognition for his length of service to the communities of Fermanagh, and was presented with it by Princess Anne in Windsor.
Leeanne Smyth - Office Manager
Attended Lisnaskea High School and Fermanagh College where she completed NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. She joined LCC as Carer in the Community in 2009 before transferring to the office as Care Co-ordinator. She was promoted to Office Manager in September 2019.

Quality Assurance Manager
Clare started with LCC in August 2014 as a carer and in February 2016 she took on the role of Quality Assurance Officer. Clare is currently the Training Co-Ordinator and Quality Assurance Manager.
