Lakeland Community Care
Lakeland Community Care Ltd provide domiciliary care, day care and flexi-care in rural Fermanagh and Tyrone through the Western Health & Social Care Trust. We also provide befriending services, Men’s Shed, Woman as One, Friday Fun Club, IT classes, exercise classes, parent-toddler groups and cook-it classes for the local community.
MAIN Services
Social engagement, activities and care provided by our 5 day care centres situated in Belcoo, Derrygonnelly, Garrison, Teemore and Newtownbutler.
Includes personal care and household tasks. Low level care service to supplement persons who have no immediate need to personal care but help with day to day needs, such as shopping, social interaction, general maintenance, duties etc.
Through the support of grants from sources such as WHSCT, CAWT, OFMDFM and DARD we provide social engagement and well-being programmes at our state of the art Healthy Living Centre.
